The letter of introduction from your UK employer must be an original, signed document on company letterhead. It should note duration and purpose of travel, provide details of the organisation(s) to be visited in Zimbabwe, and accept moral and financial responsibility for your trip.
Self-employed applicants should submit a letter of self-introduction instead.
:: Letter of invitation
The letter of invitation must come from a business or organisation in Zimbabwe. It should be on official letterhead, signed by a company officer with contact details included. The letter should include your name, the purpose of your visit, and confirm source of financial responsibility.
Applicants who have not been invited by another company should submit a Personal Business Profile instead.
Zimbabwean visas are issued electronically, so there will be no stamp inside your passport. An eVisa is valid for three months from the date of issue, and the maximum length of stay on any one trip is 30 days. Travellers are advised to apply for an eVisa at least three weeks before their travel date.
