:: Business introduction letter
The letter of introduction from your UK employer must be an original, signed document on company letterhead. It should note duration and purpose of travel, provide details of companies or organisations to be visited in Zambia, and accept moral and financial responsibility for your trip.
:: Letter of invitation
The letter of invitation must be an original, signed document, on company letterhead, from a business or organisation in Zambia. It should introduce you as the applicant, note the purpose and duration of travel, and confirm source of financial responsibility for your trip.
VISA ON ARRIVAL
Depending on your nationality, you may be able to obtain a visa on arrival in Zambia. However, a fee will still be charged and there is no guarantee of entry. We therefore strongly advise applicants to obtain a visa before travelling.
