Please provide a good-quality photocopy of ALL pages in your passport, including those which are blank. An administration charge of £10 will be incurred if you do not provide the required copies.
:: Two application forms, completed online
The application form for Uzbekistan must be completed online. Please ensure all questions are answered in full, and all names and details exactly match those in your passport. Once you have completed the form, print it out twice, then sign and date both copies, ready to submit to us along with the other application requirements. Do not process any payment; we will handle this on your behalf.
:: Two recent passport photographs
One passport photo must be glued (not stapled) to each printed application form.
:: Proof of residence
Non-UK passport holders must submit an original, valid UK residence card/permit, or have proof of residence in their passport.
:: Invitation letter, if applicable
Also known as a visa support letter, this must come from a business partner or inviting party in Uzbekistan. It must be submitted directly to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent, who will transmit visa support confirmation to the consular section of the embassy in London. A visa can only be issued upon receipt of this confirmation.
Please note, applicants of the following nationalities DO NOT need to submit a visa support letter: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UAE and USA.
