Visa Requirements
:: Passport valid for six months on exit
:: Two blank visa pages in passport
:: One recent passport photograph
:: Copy of UK residence visa
:: Completed application form (including ebola report)
:: Employer’s letter
The letter from your UK employer, or school/university if you are a student. This must be an original, signed document on company letterhead, confirming your employment (or academic) status. It must note the purpose and dates of travel, and indicate the date on which you are due to return to work or study.
:: Proof of funds
Applicants must provide bank statements to cover the last three months. The most recent one must show a credit balance of at least £1500 and should be no more than two weeks old at the time you submit your application.
NB. Internet banking statements and mini-statements issued at a cashpoint/ATM will not be accepted as proof of funds.
:: Return flight tickets
Please submit a booking confirmation showing flight schedule from the UK to South Korea and back. This must include the whole journey, including any transit flights.
:: Hotel booking confirmation
This must show the full address and contact telephone number for the hotel and should also include your name.
:: Photocopies of original documents
Please provide photocopies of any original documents submitted. The embassy will not return originals (with the exception of your passport) unless you submit the relevant copies.

Additional Information
Please note, all documents must have been issued no more than three months before your visa application is submitted.
Visas are usually valid for three months. You are therefore advised to apply for your visa no more than two months in advance of the proposed date of entry.
The embassy reserves the right to request additional documents in support of your visa application, and to alter or increase fees without prior notice.
No refund will be given if your visa is cancelled or rejected by the embassy.
