The photograph must be taken against a white background and should be no more than three months old.
:: Completed application form
:: Proof of residence
Non-UK passport holders must submit an original, valid UK residence card/permit, or have proof of residence in their passport.
:: Proof of travel
This should be provided as a copy of your onward or return (round trip) flight tickets, to show the flight numbers and dates of entry into and out of Singapore, OR, where relevant, a cruise itinerary.
:: Letter of introduction
Please submit a Letter of Introduction for Visa Application, completed by your local contact in Singapore. The contact must be a registered business entity, and the person acting on behalf of the business must be either a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
Your sponsor must also provide a detailed print-out of their business profile, from the Instant Information Service, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). It must show the names of all directors and shareholders and should have been printed within the last three months.
If you do not have a local contact, the Singapore Embassy in the UK may be able to issue you with a Letter of Introduction to support your visa application. Please contact us if you require further information.
:: Employer’s letter
The letter from your UK employer must be an original, document on company letterhead, addressed to the embassy. It should note duration and purpose of travel, provide details of all companies and organisations to be visited in Singapore, and confirm acceptance of moral and financial responsibility for your trip
