Legalisation
In some instances, an embassy will require that the authenticity of official documents, such as birth certificates or business contracts, must be confirmed by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). This process is known as legalisation, and varies according to the embassy in question, the type of document being legalised and its intended use.
Travellers using our legalisation service simply send us their original documents and we take care of everything else.
FEE | £75 per document, plus £45 handling
Please note, the fee listed above is charged by the FCO on a per document basis, while our handling fee is charged per visit to the FCO. For instance, a traveller requiring legalisation of four documents in a single visit would pay a total of £345.
