Photos must have a white background and be no more than six months old. Scanned photographs will not be accepted.
:: Two copies of completed and signed application form
:: Proof of residence
Non-UK passport holders must submit an original, valid UK residence card/permit, or have proof of residence in their passport.
:: Business introduction letter
The letter of introduction from your UK employer must be an original, signed document on company letterhead. It should note duration and purpose of travel, provide details of the organisation(s) to be visited in Guyana, and accept moral and financial responsibility for your trip.
:: Letter of invitation
The letter of invitation must come from a business or organisation in Guyana. It should be on official letterhead, signed by a company officer with contact details included. The letter should include your name, the purpose of your visit, and confirm source of financial responsibility.
:: Yellow fever vaccination certificate
Applicants travelling from or via countries where yellow fever is endemic must submit an international vaccination card with their application OR ensure they are vaccinated at least 10 days prior to arrival in Guyana and present proof of vaccination at the port of entry. Entry will be denied to travellers who are unable to provide proof of vaccination.
