The letter of introduction from your UK employer must be an original, signed document on company letterhead. It should note duration and purpose of travel, provide details of the organisation(s) to be visited in Guinea, and accept moral and financial responsibility for your trip.
Applicants should provide both the original letter and a clear, colour photocopy.
:: Letter of invitation
The letter of invitation must come from a business or organisation in Guinea and be addressed to the Consulate. It should be on official letterhead, signed and stamped by a company officer with contact details included. The letter should include your name, the purpose of your visit, and confirm source of financial responsibility. It must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Protocol Division), and notarised before submission.
Please ensure the requested length of visa and number of entries matches those same details on the Business Introduction Letter.
