:: Proof of UK residence
Non-UK passport holders must submit an original, valid UK residence card/permit, or have proof of residence in their passport.
:: Business introduction letter
The letter of introduction from your UK employer must be an original, signed document on company letterhead. It should note duration and purpose of travel, provide details of the organisation(s) to be visited in Equatorial Guinea, and accept moral and financial responsibility for your trip.
:: Letter of invitation
All travellers require a letter of invitation, valid for 30 business days, from the Ministry of National Security in Equatorial Guinea.
Visitors from a religious order must submit a letter of invitation from the relevant congregation, authorised by the Minister of Justice and Homeland Security for Equatorial Guinea.
:: Onward or return flight booking confirmation
:: Hotel booking confirmation
:: Criminal record certificate
This must be issued by local police in the UK and should be valid for at least three months from the date of issue.
