Visa Requirements
:: Passport valid for six months on exit
:: Two adjacent blank visa pages in passport
:: One recent passport photograph
:: Completed application form
:: Onward/return travel tickets
:: Proof of accommodation
Applicant must submit a lodging certificate (Certificat D’Hebergement), provided by friends or relatives in Congo Brazzaville and authorised by City Hall/local immigration authorities, OR a copy of a hotel reservation along with a detailed travel itinerary approved by the Congolese authorities.
NB. Applicants who were born in the Democratic Republic of Congo must supply a Certificat d’Hebergement from Brazzaville/Pointe Noire. The consulate will not issue a visa without this document.
Additional Information
All travellers entering Congo Brazzaville must have up-to-date vaccinations against yellow fever, cholera, tetanus and malaria.
If entering Congo overland, you will also need a Carnet de Passages en Douane. (You may wish to contact the AA or RAC if you need help obtaining this document.)
The embassy reserves the right to request additional documents in support of your visa application, and to alter or increase fees without prior notice.
No refund will be given if your visa is cancelled or rejected by the embassy.
