Visa Requirements
:: Passport valid for six months on exit

:: Business introduction letter
The letter of introduction from your UK employer must be an original document on company letterhead, addressed to the consulate. It should note your full name, passport number, nationality and job title, as well as outlining the purpose and duration of travel, plus date of arrival in Congo Brazzaville/Pointe Noire. The letter must be signed by an authorised individual, and confirm acceptance of financial responsibility for your trip, including emergency repatriation.
:: Official letter of invitation
The official letter of invitation from your host or sponsor Congo Brazzaville must provide full details of your trip, including the nature of business and the names of any relevant business projects involved. Please provide TWO COPIES of this document.
:: Certificat D’Hebergement
All travellers must obtain an official ‘Certificat D’Hebergement’ (Certificate of Accommodation) from the authorities in Congo-Brazzaville. Please submit a copy of the certificate along with your application; the original (your copy) will be certified, and must be carried at all times while travelling.
Additional Information
All travellers entering Congo Brazzaville must have up-to-date vaccinations against yellow fever, cholera, tetanus and malaria.
Journalists, photographers, producers and researchers wishing to carry out their duties in Congo Brazzaville must secure written governmental permission before entering the country. The consulate will also require a list of equipment, which will be certified, and must then be carried with your visa at all times.
The embassy reserves the right to request additional documents in support of your visa application, and to alter or increase fees without prior notice.
No refund will be given if your visa is cancelled or rejected by the embassy.
